Are you a female runner who is looking for a fun training group to push you a bit further? You are at the right spot!

So much mud, so much fun!

The Ladies Development Squad (aka ‘the Racing Panthers‘) meet twice a month, working with a coach to improve your racing speed, form and strategy. Our aim is to make you a better, faster and smarter runner, while keeping it fun. The Racing Panthers provide a social and supportive training environment. Our training is organized into training blocks (8 – 12 weeks long) targeting specific races throughout the year, from one mile to half marathon. These races are chosen to give the group’s training a structure and to offer you a variety of training focuses, but you are not expected to run these races. This group is about developing female runners.

What is your running like now?

The Ladies Development Squad is targeted at female runners who are aspiring to, or can already run:

  • 5k in ~ 23 minutes
  • 10k in ~ 47 minutes

Our training

We normally train twice a month, typically on Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Sessions will be 60 – 80 minutes long; occasionally we will train on a different weekday, for example, if we want to use the track or trails. For details on dates and training session content please check out the calendar below.
