Benefits for England Athletics affiliated Lordshill members
- Reduced entry costs (£2) at the majority of races with your England Athletics registration number.
- Take part in the Hampshire Road Race League (HRRL).
- Take part in the National Cross Country Championship and the Hampshire Cross Country Championship and League.
- You’ll be entitled to apply for one of the small number of free entries to the London marathon we are allocated as a running club each year.
- Discounts available nationally at a wide range of retailers.

How much does membership cost?
Affiliated membership costs £45 per year (1st April 2026 – 31st March 2027).
You can opt out of affiliation with England Athletics, in which case the annual Lordshill Road Runners membership costs just £22 per year (1st April 2026 – 31st March 2027); this is the same for second claim members.
If you join between 1st January – 31st March, you only pay for the 2026-27 membership year (i.e., you get up to 3 months of your membership for free). We do not offer refunds if you leave before the end of the membership year.

Join us
People run for different reasons: to keep fit, for mental health reasons or, in some cases, to enter and maybe even win races! Whatever your motivation is, we will support you; we support runners from complete beginners to the seriously competitive. Come along to see if we are the club for you! We invite you to attend two sessions for free; then, if you think Lordshill Road Runners is the club for you, please join us!
We use the MyAthletics Portal from England Athletics to manage your membership.
- Fill in and submit the membership form.
- Our membership secretary will set you up on the MyAthletics Portal.
- You will receive an email from us via England Athletics.
- Payments will be collected with Stripe.
