Monday and Wednesday training on facebook

Tuesday strength and conditioning sessions on facebook

These S&C sessions have now (from mid- April 2023) restarted on Southampton Common.

Thursday endurance training on facebook

These sessions run in two discreet blocks, not throughout the year, aimed at the major spring and then autumn/winter marathons.

Setting up new groups and accounts

Are you a Lordshill member and want to connect with other members and share messages about Club activities, then drop us a line! We may be able to give you admin access to one of our existing groups to help you find the right audience, or we might be able to help set up a new group. All we ask is that you speak to a committee member in person or contact us here first.
