Our Club Coach, Rob Kelly is a Qualified England Athletic Coach (Level 2) and leads our training session twice a week. Rob is ably assisted by Patrick Joseph on a regular basis. Monday

| Our
training is ultimately aimed at improving our fitness and we encourage our
members to enter the local race leagues.
Local
race leagues RR10 series - organised by running clubs in south-west Hampshire for their members. The races are held on Wednesday evenings during the spring and summer and entry is free. The races are 4-5 miles off-road and the standard varies from 5-minute milers to 12+ minute milers so, however fast you are, there will always be someone to run with. CC6 - organised by the running clubs of south Hampshire for their members. Held in the winter, these local races are free to enter and take place once a month on Sunday mornings, between November and March. Distances are between 4 and 5 miles and have similar locations to those in the RR10. |
