What a change from last year, when I was Lordshill’s only representative. Eight of us this year made the trip along the M27. Four male and four female made for a nice balanced team. (Some more balanced than others! Ed) Same course as in previous years with its loop around the top of the hill and the leafy tracks in the woods where yet again the conditions underfoot were good. No mud or puddles on a day, which was not as warm as last November as there was a nasty cold wind blowing from somewhere. Not so bad when running but the wind made supporting a bit uncomfortable.
