Text Box: The dates for this most popular series of 10 summer races have now been issued, and before long they will be upon us. Lordshill Road Runners is showing its worth in the Hampshire Road Race League – proof (if proof were needed) that we can do well in the RR10s too. Let’s make 2001 our best year yet!
For new members, the RR10s are a summer series of fortnightly Wednesday night off-road races typically 4.5 to 5.5 miles long, open to all club runners from the 13 participating clubs. This means around 250-300 runners compete, and they are FREE to participating club members. Only rule is that you must wear an identifying club vest or T-shirt.
NOTES 1. Please note the ‘back-to-back’ races 30th May and 6th June a week apart.
2. An end of season Wednesday night Fun Run/BBQ is planned at the end of the season. More details later.
3. IBM are asking for 1 marshal from each club to assist with their race.
