More details to follow soon! Instead we had a very impromptu session from coach Martin Stevens – huge thank you for stepping in at the last minute! What a great session it was! In case you missed it and you’d like to try the session in your own time, here it is – MONA FARTLEK 90s fast, 90s float X 2 60s fast, 60s float X 4 30s fast, 30s float X 4 15s fast, 15s float X 4 The float pace shouldn’t be a very slow recovery pace like many workouts, it should be around your 10 mile pace or easy pace. The fitter you are the faster it should be! Enjoy! (Sarah)
