Benefits
• Free training sessions every Tuesday & Thursday throughout the year.
• You will become affiliated as a member of UK Athletics. This will entitle 
  you to reduced entry costs at the majority of races.
• You will be given a discount at various running shops including 
   Up and Running and Just Run.
• You will gain free entry into the local RR10 & CC6 race series.
• As a running club, we are allocated a small number of free entries to the 
  London marathon. You would be entitled to apply for one of these entries 
  every year.
• You will meet like-minded people and make new friends.

Costs
Membership costs just £15.00 per year, £5.00 of which is used to affiliate
to England Athletics.

Come and join the fun
Where else can you get such good value? Regular training and social 
events combine with a full local, national and international calendar of 
races. Races cover road and off-road races with an increasing number 
of members venturingfar afield singly or in Club Groups. 

Our members actively look for new and innovative races. Come and join 
the fun at Lordshill Road Runners. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday 
evenings at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start 6.30pm at The Oasis Academy, 
Fairisle Road, Southampton. You will need to ask an assistant at 
reception to let you through to the area where we meet just inside the
