The Recovery Room

Although predominantly dealing with sports injuries, 30% of our patients are from non sporting backgrounds. Our treatments will be specific to you and your injury as we know that everybody is different.

Treatments for running injuries will include a full history, functional/ running analysis and, usually, hands on treatment eg exercise rehabilitation, sports and remedial massage, acupuncture and manual therapy.
