Lordshill Road Runners is a group of like-minded people who enjoy running on an amateur level. Based in the North West of Southampton for the Lordshill District, our main aim is to encourage and support runners of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals whilst having fun.
 
In order to enjoy our Tuesday training session you will need to be able to jog steadily for about 5 miles, although if you regularly run over 5 miles, our Thursday evening training sessions may also suit you. However, if you are not up to this standard we have a slower group that meets on a Monday evening.. ..Lordshill 10 mile - 1st November
 
Well done to those of you who turned up to run the 10 mile race in the torrential wind and rain on Sunday 1st November. If you were there you will probably know that the extreme weather conditions proved quite a challenge for registration, collection of chips and course flooding.

A huge thank you goes out to all the Lordshill Road Runners marshals and their families and friends who battled the rain to encourage and support the runners and also to those runners who managed to keep smiling throughout.

We meet on Mondays on the Common (the entrance opposite the Bellmoor pub), Tuesdays at the Sports Centre and Thursdays at Oasis Academy. Would you like to join us? more details ... If you are new to training and feel you are lacking in confidence' due to fitness, size or whatever then put those worries behind you as we have a beginners club that meets on Mondays and we'd love to see you. more details ...
