    ..Welcome to the Lordshill Road Runners
 

Lordshill Road Runners is a group of like-minded people who enjoy running on an amateur level. Based in the North West of Southampton for the Lordshill District, our main aim is to encourage and support runners of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals whilst having fun.
 
You will need to be able to jog steadily for around an hour, as a minimum, in order to enjoy the sessions and be safe from injury. If you want to find out more then contact us for further information and we look forward to seeing you there.
